Tavern where they stood three generations
Dear guests, welcome to the family tavern, which in 1974 founded our grandpa Cvijo. The dishes you will taste are prepared with lot of love, effort and experience. Our cooks and female cooks pray for your patience while you wait for your food as it is prepared with fresh Korčula ingredients and is cooked on the barbecue. By doing so it takes a little more time than in other restaurants, but we will do our best that you feel good in our tavern.
The first section is the central part of the tavern dominated by the kitchen around which there are six tables. In the second section there are two large tables suitable for 14 guests each, and they are placed in the beautiful setting of an old shipbuilding workshop, typical of Korčula . The tools can still be seen today on the taverns inner walls. The third section is the terrace which was refurbished several years ago. The guests usually have a hard time deciding between the central section where they can watch their meal being prepared or the heart of the tavern the interior of which takes us back to past times long gone, and many end up choosing the terrace where they can, surrounded by Korčulas lemon and orange trees and enjoying the gastronomy, watch the oldest church in Korčula St.Peters Church, or St. Marks cathedral or Mark Polos birth house. A unique location for a unique gastronomy experience.
